Citywide and Special Category candidates were invited to have filmed statement and Q&A videos. All voters will be voting in Citywide Officer races. Special Directors serve members throughout the District, so they were also invited to participate along with the Citywide Officer candidates. The Directors named in the Constitution are Health and Human Services, Substitute Teachers, Adult Education, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and Bilingual Education. Only members who work in these areas will see these candidates on their ballot. The only special director board seat that is contested is Bilingual Education.
