Can't find your PIN? You can look it up right now at vote.ivsballot.com/utla/findcode.aspx. Make sure you enter your employee number correctly and remember, only active members can vote in this election.

Important   If Find My PIN doesn't work, check your February 5, 2026 paycheck to see if dues were deducted. If the deduction was not made, you don't qualify to vote in this round.

Q: I don’t have area directors on my ballots?

A: There is a second round for Area Chair in the East, West, Valley East and Central Areas. If you are not in those areas, the Area Directors will not be on your ballot.

If you work at more than one site, and did not complete the Itinerant Assignment Form, you will not have an Area Director race on your ballot. If you did complete the Itinerant form this school year, and you do not see an Area Director race on your ballot, do not cast your ballot. Complete and submit this form and we will investigate it.

Q: Should I have a special director race on my ballot?
